GM Utility and Search Line Bag, Red The NGLB Training Group was looking for a bag that would fit in a turnout pant's pocket flat, and be easily accesible, so they designed this incredibly simple bag.  It packs flat when loaded, features a webbing handle for easy access, two closure snaps to hold the rope in place, and an internal "D" ring to tie the end of your rope to. It holds 40' of 8mm rope and a couple of carabiners. This bag is ideal for use as a personal search bag, utility rope bag, and/or personal escape bag.  Our instructors believe that carrying too much gear can be as dangerous as carrying too litle.  This bag allows you to carry just enough rope and get to be useful, and potentially get you  from one floor to another without being a bulky uni-tasker like most escape bags and escape kits are.
